Information you provide
Quote, seller and contact forms collect your name, company, email, optional phone number, merchandise or delivery details, messages and any files you attach. MRT uses these details to review and respond to your request.
Storage and access
Submissions and attachments are stored with the website’s hosting service and are available to authorized MRT administrators. Please avoid sending payment details or unrelated sensitive information.
Customer accounts and notifications
Customer accounts use an email address and password. MRT stores your business profile, a salted password hash and secure session records. Verification, setup invitations and password resets use single-use email links sent through Resend. You can separately opt in to promotional emails about closeouts, new inventory and trade shows, and change that preference in your account. MRT records this choice and its date; account registration alone does not subscribe you to marketing. Approved accounts can access customer pricing and their own website quote requests. The customer portal does not provide previous invoices or order history. Quote requests are sent to MRT’s WMS as draft quotes for review when that connection is enabled. Transactional notifications may be sent through Resend to you and authorized MRT recipients.
Your quote list
Your selected items are stored in this browser so you can return to your quote. The list is not an order or an inventory reservation. Clearing browser data removes it from this device.
Inventory connection
The catalog may display product information imported from MRT’s warehouse management system. Public catalog data is limited to merchandise information approved for the website. Customer-specific pricing is accessed separately through approved customer accounts.

Use the contact form to ask MRT about information you submitted, request a correction or discuss removal. Include your submission reference if you have one.
