A simple unit mix-up can change the size of an order dramatically. Keep the unit of measure visible throughout your quote request and confirm it before ordering.
A unit is the individual retail item
A bottle, a boxed game or a sealed bag may each count as one retail unit. Multi-packs need extra attention: a retail multi-pack may be one sellable unit even though it contains multiple pieces.
A case contains a defined number of units
Case packs vary by product. For example, 10 cases with 12 retail units per case represent 120 retail units. Different SKUs in the same category can have different case packs; check each listing individually.
A pallet is a shipping configuration
Pallet quantities depend on carton size, weight, stacking and warehouse configuration. A pallet is not a standard merchandise quantity. Ask for cases per pallet, total dimensions and weight when planning freight.
Separate available stock from a confirmed order
Availability can change as goods are allocated elsewhere. The catalog shows the latest imported information, and MRT confirms stock at the time of the quote. A quote request does not reserve cases in the warehouse.
