SELL CLOSEOUTS TO MRT

Baby & kids product closeout buyer

MRT Promotions reviews baby and kids product closeouts and excess retail inventory with particular attention to product identity, condition and documentation. Sellers can submit clearly described packaged accessories, apparel and related merchandise. Share the exact products offered rather than grouping all children’s goods under a single general label.

Merchandise to include in your submission

Describe the exact products you are offering. Examples to discuss with MRT include:

  • Packaged baby and kids accessories
  • Children’s apparel and retail care accessories
  • Discontinued assortments and new case-packed surplus

Build a clear assortment and quantity list

List manufacturer, model, UPC, intended age range and included components. Separate apparel sizes and product variations in the manifest. Identify whether items are complete retail units, bundled sets or loose components. Include relevant product documentation and distinguish the exact model from newer or similarly named versions.

Document condition, packaging and exceptions

Provide current packaging photos, seals and any available lot or date details. Clearly separate new merchandise from returns, used goods and items with missing parts. Disclose known recall or sale restrictions. Safety-sensitive products require specific review; a submission in this category should not be taken as blanket acceptance of all baby equipment or children’s items.

Plan the inventory review and logistics

Share the available quantity, units per case, pallet count and location. If the inventory follows a packaging change, describe whether the product itself also changed. Include any brand or channel requirements and the desired movement schedule. MRT reviews the actual goods and discusses whether there is an appropriate purchase opportunity.

Sell your baby & kids products inventory to MRT

Use the inventory submission form to send your company details, merchandise list and current photos. Include your asking price if you have one and identify any information that is still estimated. MRT reviews each lot and discusses the products, pricing and next steps directly. An inquiry does not create an automatic purchase or scheduled pickup.

QUESTIONS ABOUT BABY & KIDS PRODUCTS

Before you submit.

What documentation should accompany children’s merchandise?

Provide the exact manufacturer and model, age information, available product documentation and known restrictions along with the inventory and packaging photos.

Can returns be mixed with new baby products?

Describe them as separate condition groups, including inspection status and any missing parts. MRT must review the specific products and condition rather than assume all units are retail-ready.
