Merchandise to include in your submission
Describe the exact products you are offering. Examples to discuss with MRT include:
- Packaged snacks, candy and pantry products
- Shelf-stable beverages and grocery assortments
- Outgoing labels, discontinued flavors and case-packed surplus
Build a clear assortment and quantity list
List each brand, flavor, retail size and UPC separately. Identify individual retail packages versus food-service formats, and explain mixed cases. A total case count is not enough when case packs differ across products. If the same item has several dates or lot codes, keep those quantities separate in the manifest.
Document condition, packaging and exceptions
Include printed date information, seal condition and storage requirements. Describe damaged cartons separately from affected retail packages. For return or reclamation merchandise, explain the source and inspection status. Do not treat a grocery liquidation submission as a promise that every food item is suitable for resale; the actual condition and handling information matter.
Plan the inventory review and logistics
Provide pallet quantities, warehouse location and loading access. Explain any temperature-sensitive handling before discussing transportation. If a reset or warehouse deadline is driving the sale, include it with the inventory list. MRT reviews the goods and discusses the opportunity individually, including whether the proposed timing works for the merchandise.
Sell your food & beverage inventory to MRT
Use the inventory submission form to send your company details, merchandise list and current photos. Include your asking price if you have one and identify any information that is still estimated. MRT reviews each lot and discusses the products, pricing and next steps directly. An inquiry does not create an automatic purchase or scheduled pickup.
Before you submit.
Can I submit short-dated food?
Include the exact dates and quantities by SKU. MRT reviews the available selling window and the specific merchandise; submitting a lot does not guarantee acceptance.
Do you buy food after a package redesign?
Yes. Submit packaging-change food inventory with the actual labels, UPCs, dates and a description of anything that changed beyond the artwork.
